Design multi-agent systems for Workleap’s product lifecycle, applying production engineering, observability, and secure architecture while working remotely.

This Senior AI Developer will turn an early Slack proof of concept into a production standard. You will work with Product Ops, Product Managers, and the AI-Software Development Life Cycle team across Workleap Agent and ShareGate. The focus is building reusable systems that people adopt and improve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extend agents from brief creation through product lifecycle stages
- Define architecture and standards shared across product lines
- Build reliability, security, testing, observability, and cost controls
- Measure time saved, decisions shipped, and agent costs




- Help teammates build, run, and improve agents independently

Requirements:

- Production engineering experience across agent development
- Designed and shipped multi-agent systems to production
- Hands-on orchestration, tools, context, and memory experience
- Experience with evals, regression testing, observability, and cost tracking
- Experience building tooling adopted by other people
