Manage payroll support and financial reporting for Nucleus Independent Living, serving Mississauga Halton residents through personalized care. ADP and GAAP knowledge matter.

This Financial Analyst reports to the Controller and supports accounting, payroll, financial reporting, software applications, and assigned projects. The work includes coordinating accurate records and day-to-day financial requirements. Strong communication, analytical ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required for effective collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support ADP payroll processing and administration for employees
- Audit payroll reports and provide accurate adjustment data
- Administer wages under payroll schedules and Collective Agreements
- Prepare statutory remittances,



garnishments, pensions, and benefits payments
- Issue regular and ad hoc financial reports

Requirements:

- Enrollment in an accounting, business, or commerce program
- Understanding of financial reporting and nonprofit funding formulas
- Strong analytical ability and timely problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
