The Maintenance Manager oversees essential housekeeping and maintenance support for residents while remaining hands-on when needed. You will coordinate with the Executive Director and residence leadership team, maintain physical building standards, and support safety. Your work also includes sustainable practices and ongoing equipment optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Three years environmental services or maintenance experience minimum

- Robust technical expertise and hands-on repair ability
- Complete Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
