This Senior Demand & Inventory Planner manages inventory health from forecast through purchasing recommendations. You will monitor weeks of cover, sell-through, in-stock rates, and productivity at style, colour, and size levels. You will also support allocation, replenishment, seasonal buys, and exit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turn forecasts into purchase order recommendations
- Maintain lead times, reorder points, and safety stock
- Monitor stockout and overstock risks across locations
- Model promotional and launch impacts on inventory and cash
- Provide insight for initial buys, replenishment, and exits

Requirements:

- Five years of demand, inventory, or supply chain planning
- Advanced Excel for complex formulas, pivots, and data cleanup
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to understand suppliers, MOQs, and lead times
- Work from home capability with Pacific hours overlap
