Didero is seeking a GTM Automation Engineer to improve prospecting workflows with AI, data enrichment, and sales technology.

In this GTM Engineer role, you will design scalable systems that support go-to-market growth. You will develop automated workflows, personalize outreach, and help sales teams generate qualified opportunities across supply chain markets. The work combines hands-on execution with strategic experimentation, funnel analysis, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership. Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make can support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop prospecting workflows with Clay, Apollo, and CRM platforms
- Automate lead research, enrichment, and personalized messaging
- Generate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach




- Refine ideal customer profiles with cross-functional partners
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks

Requirements:

- Experience managing outbound prospecting or GTM automation
- Familiarity with data enrichment technologies and sales tools
- Strong communication translating technical ideas into business outcomes
- Resourcefulness and ownership without a predefined playbook
- One to three-plus years in a related role
