This Senior Project Director position oversees complex delivery across military bases, shipyards, armouries, hangars, and logistics facilities. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and financial performance throughout project lifecycles. The role also supports account strategies, repeat business, and national practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end leadership for defence and federal infrastructure projects
- Create execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of progressive project delivery experience
- Five years’ defence or federal infrastructure delivery experience required
- Knowledge of federal procurement and governance frameworks
- Experience with Design-Build, P3, Alliance, or Construction Management contracts
