This Building Services Manager leads physical infrastructure and environmental services within the residence. The work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire life safety, security, and communication systems. The manager also oversees repairs, service providers, schedules, supplies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead routine maintenance, service, and repair operations
- Test life safety systems and maintain required documentation
- Coordinate contractor work for secure, timely, quality results
- Maintain supplies, equipment inventories,



master keys, and schedules
- Conduct reviews, coach staff, and address development needs

Requirements:

- Minimum three years managing facility maintenance
- Senior living, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred
- Grade 12 education required
- Building maintenance, trades, or facility operations certification preferred
