Apply community nursing expertise and clinical assessment skills as a full time Clinical Supervisor with ParaMed. Support safe care for clients in their homes and communities.

As Clinical Supervisor, you will guide PSWs and HSWs while applying community nursing principles. The work includes patient engagement, health teaching, clinical documentation, safety investigations, and collaboration with nursing colleagues. Leadership, teaching, and problem-solving skills are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage patients to identify needs, strengths, capacities, and goals
- Provide health teaching while building rapport and trust
- Support clinical documentation and funder reporting requirements
- Maintain practice knowledge as scopes and settings change




- Advise staff, patients, families, and other team members

Requirements:

- Current RN or RPN registration without practice restrictions
- Five years’ experience as a practicing registered nurse
- Understanding of community nursing practice principles
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, teaching, and critical-thinking skills
- Current transparent Vulnerable Sector Screening
