This permanent Safety Administrator position supports site operations while reporting to the Site Manager. You will maintain accurate records and provide administrative assistance to the Safety team. The role requires careful tracking, responsive communication, and coordination across site administrators and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage electronic safety files and forms in SharePoint
- Maintain accurate training and compliance-related documentation
- Track recurring reports, spreadsheets, and safety information
- Support daily Safety team administrative requests
- Manage multiple priorities within the site setting

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Safety terminology or SharePoint knowledge is an asset
- Pass required drug, alcohol, and background checks
