Manage municipal security systems for the Town of Caledon, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and computerized monitoring technologies. Versatile scheduling is required.

This coordinator reports to the Manager, Facilities and supports operational readiness throughout Town-owned and operated facilities. The work combines technical system oversight with incident coordination, emergency response, and privacy protocol compliance. You will also coordinate repairs, audits, reports, and third-party security services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain computerized security technology systems
- Conduct camera and access device audits
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades with vendors and stakeholders
- Respond to footage requests under policies and legal requirements




- Prepare incident reports and weekly operational summaries

Requirements:

- Diploma in criminology, police foundations, or related discipline
- Minimum three years maintaining and installing security systems
- Minimum two years in enforcement, preferably municipal
- Minimum two years in alarm monitoring or control rooms
- Ability to maintain Ontario Security Guard Licence and certifications
