Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud services for Island Health from Victoria, supporting availability, integrity, and operational service needs. The regular full time position may require travel between multiple sites.

As Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator, you report to the Manager, MS Platforms & Cloud Services, with day-to-day direction from the Microsoft Platforms Team Leader. You provide senior escalation and subject matter expertise for enterprise Microsoft technologies. Your work includes service evaluation, planning, development, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, training, and ongoing support. You also help sustain Microsoft 365 tools as Island Health deploys additional tools and integrations.

- Plan and develop complex integrated Microsoft services
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operational services
- Provide ongoing support and end-user training
- Support additional Microsoft 365 tools and integrations

Requirements:

- Computer science degree or diploma from a recognized program
- Four years’ recent related experience
- Equivalent education, training, and experience accepted
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to perform position duties
