This Manager of UX Research role leads a practice spanning generative studies, product analytics, and experience measurement. You will mentor one researcher while staying hands-on with interviews, surveys, experiments, and usability evaluation. Insights will inform roadmap priorities across the SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan generative interviews, field studies, and diary research
- Pair FullStory, Pendo, and Amplitude with research
- Track CES, CSAT, SUS, and task success
- Translate UX trends into leadership recommendations
- Influence roadmap priorities with Product and Design

Requirements:

- Proven qualitative and quantitative research case studies
- Experience defining UX metrics and competitive benchmarks
- Robust storytelling and senior stakeholder communication skills
- Figma and design-system fluency
- Research platform and analytics tool proficiency
