As a Royal Trust professional, you will develop relationships with high-net-worth clients and Centres of Influence. Your expertise will support wills, powers of attorney, mandates, estates, trusts, taxation, and related administration. You will also help internal partners and clients understand estate planning matters through presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new wills and powers of attorney appointments
- Develop cooperative relationships with clients and professional partners
- Ensure new documents meet Royal Trust policy standards




- Track legislative changes affecting estate and trust issues
- Represent Royal Trust within the professional marketplace

Requirements:

- Canadian law degree and admission to a Canadian bar
- Advanced wills, estates, trusts, and related law knowledge
- Experience in trust and estate law and administration
- Relevant taxation, family, insurance, and environmental experience
- Trust and Estate Practitioner designation preferred
