you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Eastern Ontario by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing customers.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a territory growth strategyProspect and secure current clinic partnershipsConduct product demonstrations and presentationsBuild relationships with key decision makers and practitionersManage a consultative sales process from initial outreach through closeSupport product implementations and customer onboardingCollaborate with clinical and training teams to ensure customer successMaintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reportingApproximately 40-50% of your time will be spent visiting:Plastic SurgeonsDermatologistsMedical SpasCosmetic ClinicsNurse Injector ClinicsYou’ll be selling devices, technology, training, and treatment platforms that clinics use to generate revenue and enhance patient outcomes.What Do You Bring?3+ years of successful outside sales experienceProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling medical devices, healthcare technology, capital equipment, or clinical solutionsStrong business development and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent presentation and consultative selling skillsAbility to travel throughout Eastern OntarioHighly Preferred:Direct experience within the medical aesthetics industryExperience selling aesthetic devices, laser platforms, injectables, cosmetic technologies, or related productsExisting relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurse injectors, or aesthetic clinicsExperience conducting product demonstrations and clinical presentations#J-18808-Ljbffr
