As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support an Apprenticeship & Certification Management System modernization for a public-sector organization. You will translate business needs into requirements, validate processes, and help deliver agile releases. The work spans registration, training management, certification, and self-service services. Seven or more years of Business Analyst experience Experience with complex, large-scale modernization projects Two-year post-secondary program in business or computer science Experience preparing test strategies, plans, and cases Strong stakeholder facilitation and written communication skills Apply senior analysis, requirements, testing, and stakeholder skills to modernize apprenticeship and trades certification services.
