Support protected senior living communities with basic repairs and preventative maintenance as a Maintenance Assistant at Sunrise Senior Living.

Sunrise Senior Living provides resident-centered care while supporting team member growth across Canada. In this position, you help maintain a safe, clean, well-functioning community. Your work includes plumbing, electrical, appliance, fixture, HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and fixture repairs
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects

Requirements:

• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory

• Drive the community vehicle as assigned
