Process accounts payable and receivable for MBS Radio in Halifax, using accuracy, organization, and communication across the Maritimes. This fully in-office role supports daily accounting operations.As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk, you will maintain financial records and support MBS Radio's accounting team. The work includes transaction processing, customer account maintenance, invoice documentation, and follow-up on outstanding balances. You will also assist with recurring deadlines, month-end close, year-end requirements,



and external reviews.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable invoices and supporting documentationMaintain accurate accounts receivable transactions and customer recordsMonitor aging accounts and follow up on overdue balancesInvestigate discrepancies and missing financial informationSupport monthly close, year-end requirements, and auditsRequirements:Experience with accounts payable, receivable, bookkeeping, or financial data entryMicrosoft Office experience, particularly Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and recurring deadlinesBring accounting accuracy, organized follow-through, and explicit communication to MBS Radio's Halifax finance team supporting multiple stations.
