Lead complex DCC programs through project leadership, contract management, and human resources expertise in a typical office setting with occasional travel. The National Service Region seeks an experienced Program Leader to manage site employees and Client-Partner relationships. You will oversee large, complex, high-risk programs across multiple service lines. The work requires project, contract, risk, financial, and quality management, alongside leadership of professionals, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery and integration of services across multiple service lines Manage program contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality assurance Report project activities to Client-Partners and regional management Coach, supervise, mentor, and allocate resources for team members Maintain relationships with DCC,



industry, stakeholders, and Client-Partners Requirements:

University degree in construction, engineering, architecture, environmental services, or related field Six years of relevant experience, or equivalent Knowledge of project, contract, risk, and health safety management Ability to use applicable computer software and operating systems English and French are essential; qualified non-bilingual applicants welcomed Apply project leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder management skills as a DCC Program Leader supporting national infrastructure mandates.
