Shape safety, security, and asset protection performance across lululemon’s regional distribution network through multi-site leadership and risk analysis. As Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety, you will guide managers and site leaders across multiple campuses. Your focus includes regional priorities, compliance, emergency preparedness, investigations, and operational performance. This in-person, full time position connects network strategy with jurisdiction-specific requirements and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Operations and specialist teams on emerging risks Oversee regional safety, security, compliance,



and preparedness performance Identify performance gaps and repeat trends through data review Ensure consistent implementation of AP&S; standards and procedures Represent AP&S; in regional and network leadership forums Requirements:

Eight or more years in asset protection, risk, compliance, or related operations Experience with remote leadership and operating cadence oversight Experience overseeing investigations, emergency response, or security programs Ability to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional partnerships Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience Use multi-site leadership, compliance knowledge, and operational risk expertise to strengthen lululemon fulfillment environments.
