Deliver medication administration and resident assessments as a Registered Practical Nurse at Humber Valley Terrace LTC in Etobicoke. This is a casual vacancy.Reporting to the Director of Care, the RPN supports long-term care residents through nursing care, treatments, assessments, and multidisciplinary meetings. The position follows College of Nurses of Ontario, Long-Term Care, and Southbridge Care Homes standards.
