This Events and Conference Coordinator manages bookings, room setups, staging, audiovisual requirements, and food and beverage services. You will create event plans, timelines, documentation, and financial reconciliations. The role also covers client contact, issue resolution, attendee experience recommendations, and post-event evaluation.

Requirements:

- Experience managing logistics, budgets, vendors, and multiple projects
- Robust organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and event management software proficiency
