Nova Scotia Health is seeking a Youth Health Centre Coordinator (YHCC) in the Eastern Zone to lead health-promoting initiatives inside schools, provide service navigation, and engage youth with a focus on equity and inclusion. The YHCC collaborates with school staff, guidance, and community partners to ensure access to supportive programs within the school and local community.
