Nelson Motors and Equipment seeks an experienced Parts Lead for Avonlea, Radville, Estevan, Oxbow, and Redvers. This hands-on position supports customers, technicians, and internal teams through accurate parts service. You will help coordinate ordering, returns, warranties, pricing, invoicing, and department processes while coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments
- Coordinate daily workflow, inventory, ordering, and returns
- Recommend suitable parts and related products




- Promote seasonal programs and support parts sales goals
- Coach team members and reinforce safe processes

Requirements:

- Three to five years of parts experience
- Solid parts and machinery knowledge
- John Deere agriculture experience considered an asset
- Experience with inventory practices and business systems
- Valid driver's licence and forklift experience or certification willingness
