Lead financial forecasting for Manulife Global Wealth and Asset Management Operations Expenses in a hybrid Halifax, Nova Scotia arrangement. Apply advanced Excel and Anaplan skills.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will handle reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across Global Wealth & Asset Management and the General Account. You will work with functional leaders, cost centre leads, and segment expense teams. Your analysis will support cost management and informed decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly forecasting for assigned Operations cost centres
- Update Anaplan and gather expense and FTE inputs
- Prepare variance analysis and commentary on key metrics
- Support annual planning, cost centre builds,



and presentations
- Track savings, initiatives, and organizational FTE movement

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Three or more years of advanced Excel experience
- Robust PowerPoint skills for senior management presentations
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- CPA, CFA, or MBA completed or in progress
