This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence.Location: Montreal-Nord, QCSalary: $55,000 - $56,000 per yearSchedule12‑hour shifts (PM availability required)Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per weekCandidates must be versatile and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when neededKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance recordsServe as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teamsCommunicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholdersConduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activitiesDrive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are metAnticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutionsProvide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns,
