New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) seeks a Part time Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients in home and community settings in the Moncton area. The role emphasizes holistic assessment, planning, implementation, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

You will work with colleagues across disciplines to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting staffing needs and maintaining an exemplary standard of nursing practice under the NB collective agreement.
