The Production Supervisor oversees daily shift operations in partnership with the Buyer/Planner. This manufacturing leader coordinates workflow, staffing, production priorities, and output deadlines. The position supports continuous improvement, food safety, product quality, and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily production activities with the Buyer/Planner
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff
- Manage schedules, workflow, and production priorities
- Ensure HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and quality compliance
- Troubleshoot problems and maintain production documentation

Requirements:

- One to two years manufacturing experience
- One to two years direct manufacturing supervision
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and cost analysis
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
