Support clients overnight at LOFT Community Services in Stouffville, using personal care and mental health support skills onsite. Work Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

As a Personal Support Worker at The Path Home, you will support vulnerable adults, older adults, and seniors. Your work includes medication reminders, health monitoring, personal care, mobility assistance, and client engagement. You will help maintain routines, safety practices, and quality care in a recovery-based home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support physical and mental health needs
- Assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and personal care
- Promote dignity through daily and recreational activities
- Follow medication protocols and support self-administration




- Document care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Human Services education or related PSW qualification
- Experience supporting seniors and vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of medications, health conditions, and psychiatric care
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Vulnerable sector check and rotating-shift availability required
