The Guelph Community Health Centre invites applications for a Peer Lead to support clients of the GCHC Integrated Programs. Working 30 hours per week, you will use your lived experience to build trust with peers and clients and help connect people to services addressing housing, health and wellbeing needs.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Allied Health, you will lead peer development, participate in advisory groups, and ensure trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery across our priority
