Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Clinic Manager oversees efficient day-to-day clinic operations. You will implement initiatives, communicate programs, and collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and internal teams. The position supports a remote location and requires independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily clinic operations and staffing levels
- Lead initiatives affecting operations, staff, and physicians
- Maintain supplies, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and IPAC standards
- Oversee billing accuracy, rejections, reporting,



and physician payments
- Support physician onboarding, EMR training, booking, and billing

Requirements:

- One to three years of clinic experience
- Two to three years of management experience
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and detail-oriented abilities
- Leadership, adaptability, and confidential information handling
