Provide perioperative nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in High Prairie, Alberta, using critical thinking and surgical services expertise. This is regular part time work.

Alberta Health Services seeks an LPN for Combined Surgical Services and the Operating Room at High Prairie Health Complex. You will support patient and family centred care within an interprofessional team. The position also connects with Acute Care and Emergency Department services.

Requirements:

- Complete an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
- Hold eligible Alberta Licensed Practical Nurse registration and practice permit
- Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Complete Perioperative Nursing Certification and advanced authorization
- Have two years’ recent operating or recovery room experience
