Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs for assigned building systems
- Inspect contractor work and issue work orders
- Oversee capital repairs, upgrades, and emergency replacements




- Identify deficiencies and coordinate required follow-up
- Provide technical advice on Fire Life Safety systems

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma in applicable technical discipline
- Six years of building systems contract management experience
- Two years of asset management experience
- Expertise in Fire Life Safety systems and applicable codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database familiarity
