This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing and developing security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards,



and delivering exceptional client service while meeting financial and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the day‑to‑day security operations of an assigned client site.Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.Ensure the client site is provided with high‑quality security services to protect people and property.Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.Coordinate necessary support services to manage the client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.Provide support to the Security team on all HSE matters, including but not limited to investigations of injury/illness, completion of learning from incident packages, and promoting the safety culture throughout the security organization.Develop and implement security policies, programmes and contingency plans to minimise security risks within the facility.Host security awareness training sessions,
