This Asset Protection Associate supports a protected, secure store environment at Walmart Canada’s Cambridge location. The work includes patrols, incident investigations, emergency response, external apprehensions, and clear reporting. You will communicate findings to Store Leadership and escalate internal investigation information according to Company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support emergency evacuations and store task teams
- Carry out external apprehensions when required
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Be 16 or older
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
