The Hope & Area Recreation Centre seeks a Customer Service Representative I to support users and recreation services. You will provide courteous customer service, handle cash, maintain accurate records, and provide clerical support. The schedule includes five consecutive eight-hour days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level customer service to facility users
- Perform cashiering and related point-of-sale duties
- Maintain accurate recreation program and public schedule records
- Maintain correspondence records and provide clerical support

Requirements:

- Grade 12 and office workplace experience
- Experience handling cash and following cash procedures
- Excellent oral communication and professional customer service
- Strong written communication, including letter writing
- Valid driver's license and computer proficiency
