Montreal Network Administrator with Fortinet expertise will support Lightspeed’s global corporate connectivity, security, and performance. This is an AI-first operations role.

As part of Lightspeed’s Network Operations team, you will administer enterprise office networks across global locations. Your work includes FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and ISP connectivity. You will also apply automation, telemetry, and validated AI workflows to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and troubleshoot global Fortinet network environments
- Maintain LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, and ISP connectivity
- Lead Tier 2/3 incident triage and root-cause analysis
- Execute tested network changes with rollback planning
- Maintain diagrams,



addressing schemes, inventories, and runbooks

Requirements:

- Five-plus years administering enterprise multi-site networks
- Proficiency with FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, and FortiManager
- Solid enterprise Wi-Fi, RF, and certificate authentication experience
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP
- AI-first judgment when validating automation recommendations
