As a Project Manager, you will coordinate requirements across Sales, Engineering, Production Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Customer Service. You will support accurate project setup and execution by reviewing quotations, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements. Your work connects quotation, order entry, manufacturing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary customer contact throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate requirements across multiple operational departments
- Monitor milestones, priorities, and delivery commitments
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts




- Maintain accurate project documentation and communications

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in engineering, business, operations, or project management
- Two or more years in manufacturing project coordination or management
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and order-to-delivery operations
- English and French communication skills, written and verbal
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
