PhysioCare At Home is growing its Halifax and Dartmouth team across five provinces. As Lead Physiotherapist, you will provide in-home care for older adults while helping shape local practice. Your work includes assessment, treatment, documentation, home exercise programs, and shared care with occupational therapy and kinesiology colleagues. Approximately two hours weekly support leadership activities, including welcoming and shadowing new therapists and leading local practice meetups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat older adults in Dartmouth homes
- Set treatment plans booked by the office




- Chart in Jane and create Wibbi exercise programs
- Coordinate shared care with OT and kinesiology colleagues
- Mentor therapists and lead local practice meetups

Requirements:

- Registration or eligibility with Nova Scotia physiotherapy regulators
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Transparent vulnerable sector check
- Interest in working with older adults independently
- Leadership experience is an asset
