Analyze operating results and explain business drivers externally Prepare quarterly investor decks, scripts and question-and-answer materials Build relationships with shareholders,



analysts and investment stakeholders Implement communication strategies for targeted investors Improve external disclosure and quarter-end processes Requirements:

Food or consumer products industry knowledge in Canada Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders MBA, CFA and/or CPA designation Bring investor relations judgment, financial analysis and compelling communication skills to Maple Leaf Foods’ capital-markets program.
