This seasonal contract role focuses on product demonstrations, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service. You will explain Lush values, including Ethical Buying, Handmade products, and Naked Packaging. The work also includes sales, merchandising, and inclusive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver consultations and demonstrate product advantages and features
- Use StoreForce results and feedback to exceed sales goals
- Educate customers about Lush products, ingredients, and brand values
- Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store displays
- Support opening, closing, inventory, and health standards

Requirements:

- Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adaptability to changing situations and priorities
- Consultation-based customer service experience preferred
- Skincare or cosmetics experience preferred
