Manulife is hiring a Medical Tele-Interviewer for a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates in any Canadian province. Shifts are Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth lifestyle and medical interviews to support underwriting for individual life and critical illness insurance applications.
- Tactfully elicit personal and medical information while providing skilled customer service.
- Manage workload accurately and efficiently, and protect confidential information.
- Address customer concerns professionally and knowledgeably.

Qualifications

- Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience is required.
- Experience working accurately in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
- Strong spelling, grammar, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- English-French bilingualism is an asset. Candidates in Québec must be proficient in both languages.

Compensation

Salary range: $39,225–$65,375 CAD per year. Actual salary varies according to location and job‑related factors.
