Lead student housing leasing at Yugo Raleigh Logan using property tours, resident retention, and team oversight to support occupancy goals. This hourly, non-exempt position pays $21 to $23 per hour.

As Leasing Manager, you will report to the General Manager and direct leasing efforts at the property. The work includes applicant qualification, rental documentation, resident communication, and move-in coordination. You will also coach leasing staff and support resident satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee leasing, retention, and lease renewal activities
- Conduct property tours and qualify applicants
- Process applications, leases, and move-in documentation

Requirements:

- One year of residential property or rental operations experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Entrata or relevant rental software experience
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to train
