Lead and develop a team of case professionals within a legal practice, setting the standard for legal work and quality. The role also covers practice performance, senior legal guidance on complex files, and building capacity as the practice grows.## What you'll do* **Lead**, coach and manage the performance of a case team, and hire and develop future leaders.* Track practice results such as turnaround times, client satisfaction, staff retention and financial performance.* Provide senior legal guidance on complex files and set up quality-control processes.* **Work with the managing** lawyer and executive team to expand capacity and improve the client experience.* Introduce automation and extra operations resources so the team can handle more work while keeping the quality of legal advice intact.## What we're looking for* Currently licensed to practise law in Canada,
