Senior Site Reliability Engineer supporting Canada Protected B, with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure expertise in a adaptable or remote model. ServiceNow seeks a senior engineer for its regulated Canada Protected B cloud environment. You will improve reliability, availability, scalability, security, and performance across operating systems, networking, containers, databases, and application services. The position supports continuous Monday-to-Friday coverage. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure and application layers Participate in incident management, mitigation, recovery, and coordination Build Ansible and Puppet automation for production infrastructure Operate Linux systems, Kubernetes environments,



and cloud services Strengthen monitoring, observability, and service reliability Requirements:

Five-plus years with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Strong Linux administration and production troubleshooting experience Hands-on cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform Practical Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, and Puppet experience Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status screening Apply senior reliability engineering expertise across Linux, Kubernetes, GCP, automation, and observability for ServiceNow’s protected environment.
