As a Customer Sales and Service Representative I, you will serve commercial and residential consumers. Build customer relationships, answer questions, prepare orders, and identify sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers
- Manage solid customer relationships across commercial and residential accounts
- Answer questions in person, by phone, and online
- Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
- Identify sales opportunities and support store operations

Requirements:

- Minimum one year retail or wholesale experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Green industry or landscape product knowledge is a plus
- Ability to learn new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
