The work combines transportation coordination, international logistics, carrier management, and customer delivery tracking. You will support LGLNA’s North American Logistics Expansion through daily execution and ongoing performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source trucks and escorts, confirm destinations, and coordinate schedules
- Track shipments, security, delays, and transportation status daily
- Arrange destination warehouse appointments and international logistics reporting
- Evaluate carriers, manage incidents, claims, rates,



and freight costs
- Obtain PODs, enter GLMS data, and update Smartsheet

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least three years in transportation, brokerage, or logistics operations
- Carrier or vendor management experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, GLMS, and Smartsheet
- Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT, BOL/POD, and carrier compliance requirements
