Lead ABA instruction with direct 1:1 support for children and youth, using behaviour management and individualized client protocols.

Under Registered Behaviour Analysts, the Supervised Lead Instructor Therapist provides direct and indirect ABA services to clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities. This full time permanent position supports staff training, clinical development, team collaboration, client progress documentation, and high-quality individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA support to diverse clients
- Apply behaviour management techniques during client sessions
- Measure, document, and report client progress
- Assist assessments and summarize progress for Registered Behaviour Analysts
- Facilitate ABA staff training workshops

Requirements:

- Behavioural Science Technology Diploma or related education
- Minimum two years’ experience working in ABA
- Ability to support youth with limited mobility
- Ability to remain calm during challenging behaviours
- Excellent communication and confidentiality skills

Support individualized ABA care through client services, staff training, progress reporting, and collaboration with Registered Behaviour Analysts.
