About the roleThe System Design Specialist (SDS) – Software/Firmware will be a member of a multi-disciplined, cross-functional design team. The SDS – Software/Firmware will receive coaching and guidance from the SDC Manager and experienced members of the Advanced Engineering Group’s management team to help acclimate him to the nature of our business, but he will be expected to use his engineering design and management experience to effectively prioritize and manage a set of responsibilities and projects.How you will make an impactPerforming detailed system/subsystem design/design analysis for key customersProviding deep-dive hardware/software/firmware/dev tool support to field based Advanced Engineers and key customersProviding technical support for our suppliers New Product Introductions (NPI)Developing application notes/technical sales aids for our field teamsProviding project management expertise for tasks that may be outsourced to 3rd parties or SDC counterparts around the globeWe’re looking for someone withBSEE or BS Computer Engineering required,
