The Salvation Army in Canada is hiring a Direct Care Worker for Deborah’s Gate Safehouse in Vancouver. The role involves case support for clients, confidentiality, and applying trauma-informed care within the agency’s policies and procedures.

It is a permanent, part time position (16 hours/week) with Saturday and Sunday shifts (12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.). A Criminal Record Check and clearance from the Salvation Army’s Child Abuse Registry are required as conditions of employment.
