Vision Transportation in Mississauga is seeking a Rates Coordinator to support billing and rate administration at our head office. This full time, onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, focusing on ensuring customer charges align with rate agreements.

You will review orders, determine tariff application, verify weights and accessorial charges, and coordinate with Dispatch to resolve discrepancies, while updating the global Rates Sheet and communicating via email and TM W/TMW platforms.
